Academic Council Discussion of Regents’ Special Meeting of November 16, 2017
Academic Council conducted a special teleconference on November 17, 2017 to discuss the interference in a State Audit by UC President Napolitano and her staff. The concerns of the Academic Senate related to President Napolitano’s actions are summarized in the posted minutes of the meeting. The Board of Regents has released an investigative report (Moreno Report), which details the findings of the review of the alleged interference, a statement of reprimand, and an apology by President Napolitano.
